FAQs
What is the difference between Xbox Series X and S?
The Xbox Series X is the more powerful option compared to the Series S. The Series X is built for 4K gaming, faster load times, more memory storage and more processing power to better handle demanding games. The Series S is a more affordable option, it’s not able to play games in 4K (1440p resolution), has less processing power and has less memory for saving files. It’s also a completely digital console and doesn’t have a disc drive for games like the Series X. Whichever Xbox you go with, shop for gaming essentials like extra controllers, gaming furniture, HDMI cables and HDMI splitters.
What games should I get for Xbox Series X and S?
With the Xbox Series X and Series S you get access to an incredible library of games. Some must-play titles include Halo Infinite, EA Sports FC 25 and Call of Duty: Black Ops 7. Plus, with a Game Pass subscription you get full access to play hundreds of top PC and console games. Enjoy your favourite games with immersive, high-quality sound with the right pair of over- ear headphones.
Do I need Xbox Game Pass, and what does it include?
You need Xbox Game Pass in order to play games online. You don’t necessarily need it if you only play single-player games or play free-to-play games like Fortnite or Roblox. If you are interested in getting Game Pass, the monthly or yearly subscription not only allows you access to multiplayer capability, but it also gives you access to hundreds of top PC and console games. If you like playing PC games and don’t want to use your Xbox, we have a great selection of gaming PCs, Windows laptops and desktops optimized for Microsoft’s gaming services. Consider getting a gaming monitor for smooth gameplay, a gaming keyboard and gaming mouse for responsive controls and an ergonomic chair for long hours of gaming.
