1,2. Personal Account: O.A.C. Financing is subject to approval by Flexiti Financial Inc , and the terms of the applicable FlexitiCard Cardholder Agreement. Minimum purchase of $299 (excluding taxes) is required. Offer is available in-store at Staples only. Interest at the cardholder agreement annual interest rate (Account AIR) accrues during the promotional period and will be charged if the balance is not paid in full by the promotional expiry date or if the promotion is cancelled due to a payment default on the account. Initial Account AIR is disclosed upon approval and varies based on the cardholder’s creditworthiness at time of application. Current Account AIRs are 31.99% - 34.99%. Any balance at the end of the promotional period bears interest at the applicable Account AIR. An administration fee of $59.99 applies unless waived. The Administration fee will be waived for qualified purchases made with the 12-month deferred payment plan between November 20 - 29, 2026 and December 18 - 27, 2026 inclusive.
