Andrew Au

Global Thought Leader on Digital Transformation and Culture Change When companies like Microsoft, FedEx, and 3M want to accelerate innovation, they call Andrew Au. Joe Mimran

Joe Mimran has devoted his entire life to art, simplicity, and constant adventure. Recognized universally as having a sharp eye, impeccable attention to detail, and insight into emerging trends, Joe is always on the forefront of what’s next.  As a leading contributor to the fashion and design industry, Joe is best-known for creating a succession of visionary brands and retail concepts that elevate everyday style, and thus, everyday living.

John Trougakos

John Trougakos is a Professor of Organizational Behavior and HR Management at the University of Toronto, and President of JPT Associates Inc.  His research focuses on the dynamics of employees’ daily organizational life, seeking to provide insights into current organizational challenges as well as those of the rapidly evolving workplaces of the future. He specializes in helping companies with issues related to future proofing strategies, leadership, group dynamics, employee well-being, novel methods of working and productivity, as well as humanalitics. John's award-winning research has been published in numerous leading academic outlets and has been featured widely by a variety of media outlets, including the New York Times, BBC, CBC, the Globe and Mail, National Public Radio, Bloomberg, and Time, to name a few. In addition to working with Staples, his industry collaborations include such organization as the Canadian Securities Trader Association, Hellenic Pharma, HP Canada, Bell Canada, Deloitte, the U.S. Department of Labor, the U.S. Department of Defense, and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, among many others.

Dr. Gillian Mandich

Dr. Gillian Mandich has a PhD in Health Science from Western University. She a happiness researcher, the founder of The International Happiness Institute of Health Science Research; co-lead investigator of The Canadian Happiness At Work Study; and is a part of the Meant2Prevent research team at SickKids. Dr. Mandich is a media personality, two-time TEDx speaker, and top-rated virtual and in-person keynote speaker. As a happiness researcher, Dr. Mandich knows there is no secret to happiness, but there is a science to it. Research has found that happiness can not only improve mental and physical health, it can also raise educational and business outcomes - from productivity to sales to creative thinking and improved memory.

Joe Jackman

CEO of North America’s leading customer engagement reinvention company, Joe has over 30 years experience as an adviser to entrepreneurs, private equity partners, consumer brand executives and retailers. Joe’s thought leadership has lead to businesses successfully sharpening strategy and orchestrating insight-led transformations that result in revenue and growth. Throughout his career as designer, strategist, creative director, marketer, and now Reinventionist, Joe has helped companies create the most powerful and relevant versions of their brands and businesses in record time. In June of 2020, Joe was inducted into the American Marketing Association’s ‘Marketing Hall of Legends’.  

Rachel Mitchell

Rachel Mitchell is a Canadian Certified Professional Ergonomist (CCPE) and Registered Kinesiologist with over 19 years experience. As the Managing Ergonomist for ERGO Inc., Rachel works with corporations to develop effective ergonomics programs to reduce workplace injuries and improve productivity. She holds a Masters of Science in Human Factors Engineering and is the current President of the Canadian College for the Certification of Professional Ergonomists (2019-2021). Her work includes office assessments, return to work planning & coaching, evaluations of new designs, ergonomics risk assessments, Physical Demands Analysis (PDAs), Cognitive Demands Analysis (CDAs), as well as developing and delivering custom training programs.
