The image features Gordon Downie with his hand on his heart - to express his gratitude to the fans who attended the show. In 2016 - The Tragically Hip went on their final tour entitled Man Machine Poem - hitting fifteen different cities across Canada. The tour was announced during May of 2016 - following the announcement and diagnosis of lead singer Gordon Downie’s brain cancer. When the tour was created they ensured that a portion of the proceeds be donated to the Sunnybrook Foundation. As the tour approached its final show in Kingston - Ontario - the concert was broadcasted live across Canada to allow Canadians to experience and enjoy the concert from their living rooms.
