The classic 4-in-1 Hi Vis Safety Parka has an outer water resistant shell that has several multi functional pockets and a mesh lining. It features an inner insulated bomber-style jacket with zip-off sleeves. This inner jacket is reversible and has a solid black material that makes this a versatile parka for all day wear.
