Our authentic Earl Grey uses finest quality black China Congou leaf blended with the essential oil of the bergamot fruit, which has a fresh, citrus flavor. This combination creates one of the world's most elegant and well-know specialty teas.

  • Use a warmed teapot and add one teaspoon of tea per person and an extra 'one for the pot.
  • Add freshly boiled water and infuse for 4-5 minutes. Serve with or without milk to taste.
