Featured as the base of the Poly-Rack (TM) System. Unique, one-piece Poly-Stacker (TM) securely holds two 55-gallon drums. Deep dispensing well easily holds 5-gallon pails while containing incidental spills and splashes in a ribbed bottom without contaminating the sump. Dispensing wells have scalloped edges so pails can be easily removed. Can easily be transported by forklift and contains two standard drain plugs. Regulations: EPA 40 CFR 264.175, SPCC, NPDES.
