You grant Staples the right to use your username, real name, image, likeness, caption, location or other identifying information, in connection with any use of the Content.
Whether Staples chooses to use the Content or not is solely at Staples’ discretion. Staples has no obligation to use the Content and Staples may remove or stop using the Content at any time, for any reason. Use of the Content does not imply that Staples endorses or affiliates with you.
Representations and Warranties.
You represent and warrant that:

· You have read and you agree to comply with all these Terms of Use.

Staples will use any personal data in accordance with these Terms of Use and in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on www.staples.ca. You agree and consent to the collection, use, disclosure, transfer and processing by Staples of any personal data you provide with respect to the use of the Content as described herein and in accordance with Staples’ Privacy Policy and any applicable data protection laws and regulations. Please note that your personal information may be transferred to servers located outside of your residing country or to any trusted third party that may process your personal data on behalf of Staples.
If you do not agree to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in this way, you cannot consent to these Terms of Use and shall not provide Staples with any of your personal data.

Limitation of Liability/ Indemnification
You hereby release, discharge and agree to hold Staples, and any person acting on their behalf, harmless from any liability related in any way to Staples’ use of the Content.
You hereby agree that you shall be liable and shall indemnify Staples against any claims, actions or proceedings of any kind and from any and all liabilities, costs, losses, damages and expenses (including legal expenses) related to or arising directly or indirectly from a breach or alleged breach by you of your obligations, representations and warranties under these Terms of Use.
Miscellaneous
These Terms of Use are personal to you and may not be assigned or transferred by you for any reason whatsoever without our prior written consent. Staples may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms of Use to any other person, in whole or in part, without consent.

Staples reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time.
If any court of law, having the jurisdiction to decide on this matter, rules that any provision of these Terms of Use are invalid, then that provision will be removed without affecting the rest of the Terms of Use. The remaining provisions of these Terms of Use will continue to be valid and enforceable.
Acknowledgement and Agreement
When you grant permission through social media or email with the #worklearngrow approval hashtag, you are entering into a binding agreement with Staples on the Terms of Use, you retain whatever legally cognizable right, title and interest that you have in your Content and you remain ultimately responsible for it.
