How Does it work?
1. Provide the email address associated with your Staples Preferred account at checkout to a cashier associate. In-store where permitted by province.
2. The store associate will ask for your Preferred email so they can perform a member lookup on the POS system.
3. The associate will confirm the correct account with you using the phone number, email, or company information displayed in the lookup results.
4. The Preferred pricing discount will automatically be applied to your in-store purchases, on qualifying products. Your discount will be visible on the receipt after payment.
