3 Innovative Ways to Use Webinars to Increase Leads

Webinars are a powerful way to position your small business as an expert and scale your message very easily to many. If you’re already using webinars, or considering them, here are three innovative ways to use webinars to increase leads to make them a success!

Live Case Study

If you’re in the business of providing a service, you know the importance of case studies. Hearing from a peer is more convincing than hearing from a sales person. So why not elevate the standard case study with a live interview with the customer? At the end of the webinar, your call to action could be something like, “Want your own success story? Click here and let’s chat!”. Because the call to action comes after a really engaging and appealing story, your audience is primed to take the next step so you can expect to see your leads jump.

Series

Webinars require participants to give up their time, so one of the best ways to get more participants to your webinars, is to make it short and valuable. Assuming you are giving good, useful information, why not break it up into a webinar series, so you can tell a bigger story across 15 minute webinars. Say your product or service has three value props; that could make three webinars. Record each webinar and make them available for your audience to binge watch, but promote them separately to see your leads grow.

What’s New

If you find you need to continually educate your existing customers on a product, service or software, in order to reduce your churn rate, you may be sending out a “what’s new” newsletter. Take that idea and make it a regularly scheduled live webinar where your team can demonstrate a few new features and teach customers how to continually get the most out of what they already have. Existing customers will appreciate the continued education and prospects close to buying will be interested as well. So while your leads may not be high, they will be very valuable.

If you think you’re ready to get started using webinars, be sure to get started with the right fundamentals. Then, find a tool that is easy enough and reliable so you can start generating more leads than ever before.
